I cannot say that I’m a pro player, but I frequently play with them. Pro, in the sense of streamers and individuals that compete in eSports competitions such as PUBG Mobile Global Championship #PGMC.
They simply know the map well enough to know where they’d like to go for excellent loot depending on how the plane’s flight route was determined, how early or late people jumped off the plane before him/her, their initial loadout, and how distant they seem to be from zone.
If you’re streaming or just starting up your stream channel and want to keep some activity going, I don’t advise hot-dropping into large regions or high tier loot zones with a lot of people. Unless, you can:-
- In an adrenaline-fueled rush for loot, you can manage killing three people who are lightly armed with a melee weapon or handgun.
- Or you have your teammates with you who can land nearby and assist you in a quick victory over any upstarts who might attempt to deny you your chicken dinner, or send you back to the lobby earlier than you expected.
To get the maximum kills out of a game, I recommend landing farther away from the flight path, looting at least one solid long range weapon (make do with a sub machine gun (SMG) if necessary), and making your way just inside the zone’s perimeter. Then slowly ride the zone till the last circle.
From here, you can watch for any latecomers crossing the line from blue zone; in their haste to get to safety, individuals will often overlook you waiting for them. allowing you enough time to take them out, but be cautious. People have grown accustomed to this and will frequently wait for YOU.
Be wary of tree lines and hills in Erangle. Cover is important in all of PUBG Mobile maps, and Erangel naturally gives more of it.
In Miramar, getting around is more important than being sneaky. It’s pointless to be quiet if you’re suddenly travelling over the desert, where anyone with a clear view may easily catch you.
Vehicles are more crucial than being stealth and sneaky in PUBG. You can park and use them as cover; just remember to draw back if they catch fire during a shootout. And return to use your now permanent improvised road block as cover. Esports players will frequently put up vehicles in 3 to 4 sided squares and blow them up with grenades to give cover at the finish of a game. Disregarding being stealthy, in order to obtain a high position with a clear view over the finalizing area/zone.
