No big video game presentation is complete without some distinguished guests. Usually the organizers invite several celebrities at once, but Microsoft decided that it was better to focus on quality, not quantity.

In the midst of the Xbox & Bethesda Showcase, Phil Spencer revealed that Hideo Kojima, the creator of Metal Gear and Death Stranding, is developing a new project for the company. Immediately after the announcement, the maestro himself turned to the public—as he could not come personally, the matter was limited to a pre-recorded video.

Kojima did so without any specific details (rumors of Overdose have not yet been confirmed), but noted that he is glad to cooperate with Microsoft and hopes to use cloud gaming technologies in his latest creation. According to the genius, they open up opportunities for him that he could only dream of before.
