The platinum trophy in Spider-Man 2 is fairly easy to get, with many of the trophies having players find specific locations or complete random yet simple tasks. One of these tasks is to put saving the world on hold and take the time to run the bases at a baseball field.
While there are many baseball fields throughout the game, the “Home Run” trophy is only earned by running the bases at the Big Apple Ballers Stadium. Without a marker for it on the map, this stadium can be difficult to find.
Where To Find Big Apple Ballers Stadium
Big Apple Ballers Stadium is very easy to find; it’ll just take a while to get there. Head to the very southernmost section of the map in Downtown Brooklyn. This is also right next to Coney Island, which players will already have to visit as part of the story. No matter where players are at in the game, the stadium can be reached as long as there isn’t an active story mission.
The baseball field will always be empty, letting players easily complete the trophy when needed. While there is only one baseball field in this area of the map, there is still a useful “Big Apple Ballers” logo in the center of the backfield for those who want to make sure they’re in the right place.
How To Earn The Home Run Trophy
To get this trophy, simply run the bases in order, following the bases running to the right first for those not familiar with baseball. Spider-Man doesn’t even need to directly step on the bases; simply get close to it and try to run in a relatively straight line to the next base. While this home run will only take a few seconds, be sure not to leave the stadium between bases. After getting back to home, Spider-Man will make a comment, and the trophy will be earned.
