Coffee World in Alan Wake 2 is a convoluted mess of buildings and points of interest that are deliberately meant to confuse the players into losing their sense of direction at every turn.
Just after the Gift Shop, players will encounter the Coffee World Cult Stash containing a crucial clue for Saga to progress her investigation further. Unlocking this Stash requires the Coffee World Stash Key. Here is where to find it.

Coffee World Cult Stash Location
Head south from the Coffee World Gift Shop and look for the Huotari Well on the map. You’ll find a small fenced-off area with nothing but a broken well inside with a plaque detailing its significance. Look in the shrubbery behind the well, and you’ll find a Cult Stash hidden among the greenery.
Where Is The Coffee World Cult Stash Key
Interact with the Stash to see the clue. It’s a drawing of a round, smiling face with an arch just beside it. This is the Key’s hiding location. The smiling face in the drawing is actually a fixture in Coffee World’s main arena, just before the Percolator. Open the map and look at the area marked in the picture. This is where you need to go.
From the Huotari Well, turn back the way you came and go through the metal archways. Instead of turning right towards the Gift Shop, keep going straight to enter a new section of the park. Follow the “Percolator” sign.
In the new section, look up, and you’ll see a large smiling robot fixture sitting on the lip of the upper level just across from a Mayor Setter Sign. This is the smiling face in the drawing. Circle around the robot until you’re behind it. There is a knee-height fence going around this section with a small break you can go through besides the white coffee cup.
Enter the gap until you’re directly behind the smiling robot. Look down, and you’ll notice an interactable item just underneath it on the left side. Pick it up, and you’ll have obtained the Coffee World Stash Key.
Now, head back to where you found the Cult Stash—by the Huotari Well—and open it using the Key. You’ll find some Ammo and a Flare to fill out your inventory.
Don’t forget to interact with the Page on the underside of the lid of the Stash, as it’s an important clue that can be added to Saga’s Case Board in the Mind Place.
