Some say, if you want to truly enjoy gaming on Mobile (Android phones especially), buy smartphones powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset. WRONG! Don’t take such advice. Some Mediatek chips may not be as powerful, but their gaming Chipsets (Helio G series) can match and beat most Snapdragon chips by huge margin. Snapdragon chipsets rock, but it’s not the only high performance chipset.
However, if you’re not an Android OS fan; the iOS smartphone option performance is superb. And one good thing about iOS (Apple iPhone) smartphones is, you don’t have to worry about having huge RAM- 3GB on an iOS device will greatly outperform 6GB on most Android devices. WHY? iPhones have relatively better optimized software that sits well with the hardware, in addition to Apple’s proprietary ‘A series’ Bionic chipset. But usually, iPhones are more expensive.
