You can use the Rune of Ascendance to possibly transform one of your helmets into a Herald of Scurry!
A big catch to the Rune of Ascendance is it has a very low chance of crafting a legendary item. You can use a Runes of Ascendance Calculator to simulate your chances of getting the item you want.
