Cookie Run: Kingdom released the new Version 4.16 update “ Dawn of the Dragon” on January 6th, 2024. The newly released Cookie in the upcoming patch is the Rebel Cookie. How to obtain Rebel Cookie in Cookie Run: Kingdom
Rebel Cookie is an Epic Cookie and hence can be obtained through the Gacha. Due to his Rarity, Soulstones will be available to buy after a few patches from his initial release in Version 4.16 either through the form of Shops or in Limited events. There are many ways to obtain Rebel Cookie’s Soulstones such as,
- Mileage Shop: Available in the Gacha section and bought through Mileage Points from pulling Cookies.
- Kingdom Arena Medal Shop: Available exclusively through the Kingdom Arena. Players have to participate in PvP battles and ultimately win to obtain the Medals of Victory currency to exchange with the Soulstones. In every Shop reset which lasts for 3 days, there are 2 Epic Cookie Soulstones purchases in stock where each purchase will give you 2 Soulstones. A total of 4 Soulstones can be collected in total.
- Guild Medal Shop: Available exclusively through joining a Guild. Players have to participate in Guild Battles to obtain the Heroic Medal currency. To exchange them with the Soulstones. Just like the Kingdom Arena, players can get 2 Soulstones for each purchase, where there are 2 purchases in stock. This means a total of 4 Soulstones can be obtained in every Shop Reset lasting 3 days.
- Rainbow Shell Gallery: Located inside Touc’s Trade Harbor after you upgrade it. The soulstones can only be exchanged with the Rainbow Pearls currency. Can be obtained by shipping various goods through the Ship Harbor. You can obtain 5 Soulstone Cookies. The Shop resets every 2 Days so players have to keep a lookout on which Soulstone Cookies comes out every rotation.
Additionally, his Soulstones will eventually be added to the World Exploration.

Rebel Cookie uses his magic, decreasing the enemies’ DEF, making them more vulnerable to all types of damage, and dealing damage. Enemies with decreased DEF will receive additional damage. Rebel Cookie will increase the allies’ CRIT% and provide an HP Shield for them, blocking damage equal to a portion of the damage he has dealt. After finishing using his skill, he will create 2 decoys that will Push enemies back with each Regular Attack. The decoys have several Hits instead of HP. While Rebel Cookie is using his skill, he will briefly become resistant to interrupting effects. (Cooldown: 13 seconds) | Rebel Cookie’s skill provides both offense and support in the battles. When he activates his Skill, the enemies find themselves at a disadvantage as Rebel Cookie decreases their defense (DEF). This debuff not only makes them weak to various types of damage but also sets the stage for additional damage being dealt. As Rebel Cookie deals damage during this Skill, he ensures that enemies with decreased defense suffer even more, adding an extra layer of punishment.

Best Toppings for Rebel Cookie in Cookie Run: Kingdom
Rebel Cookie is an Ambush Cookie whose position is at the Front. For Rebel Cookie, he only has two favored and recommended Toppings to utilize and equip. Players can opt for the 5-piece Searing Raspberry Toppings for a more offensive build to deal more damage but it may hinder his ability to stay in battle much longer due to him being in the front.
This is why another recommended Toppings are the Solid Almond Toppings which will enable Rebel Cookie to be on-field much longer as he is vulnerable at the Front position. If players want they can also combine the Toppings for a more hybrid build.

Rebel Cookie is shaping out to be a great Epic Ambush Cookie, his Support and damage capabilities enable him to be utilized in PvE battles especially. Although Arena wise he may prove to be underwhelming there is no doubt that Rebel Cookie will shift in higher tiers once more new Cookies show up.
