Genshin Impact 4.1: Waterborne Poetry event: Story walkthrough
If the conditions are satisfied, the event quest will show up in the list of quests. Navigate the quest and head to Wangshu Inn. Here you will learn about the following joint event between Mondstadt and Liyue.
After speaking with Venti, Hu Tao, and Xiao in the Wangshu Inn, the event quest “Waterborne Poetry: Part 1” will begin. Following the quest marker, you must speak with everyone in the event area, which includes Xingqiu, Chongyun, Noelle, Mika, and Diona. After your conversation with everyone, return to the mission marker, which will lead you to a stage.
Right after that is a cut scene in which Venti and Hu Tao commemorate the event’s start and explain why it is being hosted. Following the cut scene, you must view the poetry riddles given by different characters. To examine the first poetry riddle, navigate to the quest area and interact with the lantern, which will take you to another cut scene. During the cut scene, you will discuss the first poetry riddle with Noelle and Mika.
After that, navigate to the second poetry riddle location, which after interacting with the lamp will take you to another cut scene where you have a dialogue with Chongyun and Xingqiu, and you discover that the second poetry riddle was created by Xingqiu. Similarly, you must proceed to the third poetry riddle location, where you will have a cut-scene dialogue with Diona.
The quest will now instruct you to wait until the riddle-solving event begins, then simply follow the quest marker to the stage where Hu Tao and Venti are standing. When you arrive at the quest site, another cut scene will begin, during which the riddle-solving event will take place.
After the cut scene concludes, the “Waterborne Poetry: Part 1” event quest will also conclude. The various event mini-games will be enabled, and you will now be able to play them after speaking with the corresponding NPC.
Genshin Impact 4.1: Waterborne Poetry Event: Tableside Entertainment
After completing the event quest, three challenges will be revealed. They will display as quests, allowing you to navigate them, interact with the NPCs, and unlock the various Tableside Entertainment challenges. To begin the different challenges, you must visit the NPC at the quest marker places.
Hundred-Pace Hurling Rites
- To earn points, you must throw darts at the pots.
- You can aim while pressing the throw button and then release it to throw the dart.
- You will receive 25 points for hitting an ordinary pot.
- You will gain 25 points for hitting the shining pot, but it will also grant you a bonus that allows you to fire multiple darts at once by holding down the throw button.
- Golden rings known as Rings of Rites will also appear while playing the event. The score will be doubled if you use darts to hit the pots through the ring. Keep in mind that the ring will vanish after a while.
- To earn points, hit as many pots as you can in the time limit provided. Once the timer runs out or there are no more pots on the field, the challenge will be over.
Inspiration Eruption
- Organize your team according to the stage buff, and pick characters who can benefit from that specific stage buff.
- You may also see the enemies that you’ll be fighting before you start a battle.
- Once the combat begins, utilize the stage bonus and eliminate enemies as quickly as you can to score more points.
- Be sure to use the event buff “Inspiring Crystal Stacks” as well because it will speed up the way you take down enemies and tanky Ruin Guards, earning you more points.
- Defeat as many enemies as quickly as you can to gain more points. The challenge will end when the timer expires or the three spawning boss enemies are defeated.
Mending Painting Prospects
- Navigate to the location where your chosen quest is located.
- Once you’ve arrived at the viewing spot for the event quest, you must choose one of the three images that best fits the present viewpoint and then begin searching for the missing scenery elements.
- When you’ve chosen the ideal image, you can move your Kamera to match the scene with the captured one and search for any missing scenery elements. Once you’ve located the said missing objects, you can record them.
- There will be 2 to 3 missing pieces of scenery objects in each image. It’s possible that you’ll need to change your viewing angle several times while trying to record them.
- The challenge will be finished once all the objects have been captured and the present picture’s missing details are fully filled in.
