Lies Of P has a great amount of depth when it comes to weapon customization, Legion Arms and Upgrades, and advanced combat mechanics that all players can learn in time. Though all these systems work together in this Soulslike game, another major feature comes into play. These are the P-Organ Upgrades, and by making use of them you can bag yourself some major buffs to your character.
The P-Organ is essentially Lies Of P’s skill-tree system, which is made available once you have rescued Geppetto from the Mad Donkey in Chapter 2. You can access the P-Organ skill tree at any time by sitting in Geppetto’s Chair, which can be found in his office on the second floor of Hotel Krat. Upgrading The P-Organ
The P-Organ can be upgraded at any time via Geppetto’s Chair. There are various phases within the P-Organ skill-tree, each with multiple nodes granting Pinocchio key upgrades and abilities. Each node offers a number of slots, which you can fill with passive upgrades. Filling the slots in each node will activate each P-Organ Upgrade, but doing so requires sufficient Quartz – which you can find throughout Lies Of P.
Unlock enough Upgrades in each Phase to move on to the next. If you are unhappy with the passive upgrades you have picked for each slot, then don’t worry too much. You can Respec your P-Organ Upgrades at the Saintess of Mercy Statue in the Grand Exhibition building – once you have reached Chapter 7.

Best P-Organ Upgrades
Increase Staggerable Window 1 & 2
Increase Staggerable Window is a must for making short work of larger enemies, along with making boss fights easier. This P-Organ Upgrade increases the Staggerable status of an enemy, allowing you more time to follow up with a Charged Heavy Attack to Stagger them. Be sure to also run the Increase Staggered Duration 1 Upgrade to give you more time to Fatal Attack a Staggered opponent.
Link Dodge
Link Dodge is another great P-Organ Upgrade, and is one you can acquire pretty early in the game. Link Dodge will allow you to perform another dodge while in the middle of a dodge motion. This is great for correcting a misplaced dodge, along with allowing you to evade pesky Fury Attacks from bosses that deal splash damage.
Rising Dodge
Rising Dodge is similar to Link Dodge, in the sense that it offers you the ability to perform a dodge during another action. In this case, with Rising Dodge equipped, you are able to dodge when knocked to the ground. This is great for quickly recovering from enemy-heavy attacks – which would otherwise keep you on the ground – thus allowing you to evade follow-up attacks.
Increase Pulse Cells 1 & 2
Picking this P-Organ Upgrade is a no-brainer. Unlocking it will provide you with an additional Pulse Cell, thus granting you more healing items to fall back on during challenging boss fights and areas.
Add Fable Slots 1 & 2
Fable Art Attacks are a must-use feature in Lies Of P, especially once you have settled into a certain build. For larger enemies and boss fights, utilizing your Fable Arts can allow you to deal some serious damage. That being said, it is important to have enough Fable Slots available at all times, so be sure to pick the Add Fable Slots P-Organ Upgrade.
