In every genre, there are some incredibly high-profile hits as well as smaller-but still good releases. Among the “survivalists,” these include Conan Exiles, an interactive version of Robert Howard’s legendary novels. Although the game is more than 5 years old (counting its time in the “early access”), the developers continue to actively develop it, and this year Exiles expects big changes.
The other day Funcom promised to make high-profile announcementrelated to the game, but the news (in the form of the trailer above) “leaked” to the network ahead of time: as it turned out, the team is working on a major free update Age of Sorcery. Its main feature – the Epochs, each of which will have its own style and theme. The authors promise in this way to smooth the regular release of content.
Of other new features – Conan Exiles will appear sorcery, in-game store, where you can buy DLC, interface improvements and slightly redesigned construction mechanics. In short, “survival” will change beyond recognition. When exactly it happens, however, is still a mystery: Funcom did not announce the release date. It is only known that the update is due in the third quarter of 2022.
