The story of Modern Warfare 3’s Campaign takes things to a new level in the mission Crash Site. Those of you diving into this mission will take the role of Farah, who sets out to investigate the crash site of a Russian plane, in order to find proof the attack was not an act of terror carried out by her people. Though many of you diving into the mission can rush through the objectives fairly quickly, be sure to keep your eyes peeled for discoverable weapons and items.
Crash Site is the seventh overall mission and the third Open Combat Mission in the Modern Warfare 3 Campaign. Though players may be focused primarily on completing all three main objectives of Crash Site, there are in fact 10 total discoverable weapons and items dotted around the map. Finding all of them will allow you to customize your loadout entirely to your liking, offering players some incentive to obtain them.
Munitions Box
The Munitions Box is pretty easy to locate. It can be found within a small shelter, just behind the house that sits towards the center of the map.
Silenced SA-B 50
The Silenced SA-B 50 can be found on the roof of the small house that sits towards the center of the map (right by one of the Cell Devices tied to the first mission objective). To get to the roof, simply mantle onto the truck at the back of the house.
Silenced M4
The Silenced M4 can be found within the pole barn, just north of the small house where the Silenced SA-B 50 is located.
Silenced Victus XMR
The Silenced Victus XMR is located in a small shack to the very far south of the map.
Kastov 762 & Heartbeat Sensor
The Kastov 762 can be found inside the house to the far south of the map. If you head over to the side of this house, you can also find the Heartbeat Sensor.
Silenced Crossbow
The Silenced Crossbow sits within another small shelter to the west side of the same house that the Kastov 762 resides in.
Incendiary RAAL MG
The Incendiary RAAL MG sits just behind a small shack to the west side of the map. You will find this shack behind the crashed plane’s cockpit.
Incendiary Lockwood 680
The Incendiary Lockwood 680 can be found within the house to the west of the map – the same house that the black box for the second mission objective can be found in. You can easily access it by heading in through the window to the side of the house (facing the crash site).
Armor Box
The Armor Box sits underneath another small shelter – one which can be found just to the north of the house in which the Incendiary Lockwood 680 is located in.
