Vampire: The Masquerade Bloodlines is a video game subseries within the Vampire: The Masquerade franchise that seems truly cursed. After the incredibly problematic development of the original game, which to this day, 18 years after its release, is a true cult game among western RPGs, its unexpected sequel has suffered one of the most problematic developments we can remember during the last few years.

Now, after numerous months of silence and a change of developers in between, we can share with you a few new screenshots of Vampire: The Masquerade Bloodlines 2, which you can see below.
These pictures represent the previous iteration of the game’s development, which Hardsuit Labs handled before handing it off to an unidentified new developer. They have been shared by a former developer of the company through Behance, where he has explained some aspects of his experience in the development of the title. We can see some scenarios and characters that, as of today, unfortunately might not be present in the game.

Vampire: The Masquerade: Bloodlines 2 was scheduled to hit the market in 2020. After a difficult development and the departure of the main heads of the project, Hardsuit Labs was removed from the project, and currently we still do not have an estimated release date. However, Paradox Interactive, who currently owns the IP, has stated that they are happy with the progress the title is making.
