Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 has some pretty interesting little secrets and easter eggs that make the game come to life. Whether you’re playing as Peter Parker and hear some of the many different music references throughout the game, or you’re playing as Miles and find Jefferson Davis’ grave, you can find a ton of small details.
One thing that you can find in northern Harlem is Aunt May and Uncle Ben’s grave. If you go to the grave as Miles, he will make mention of the grave. However, if you go as Peter, you will get a small cutscene and obtain a trophy/achievement. Thankfully, switching between the two is easy. If you’re wanting to visit the grave, here’s a breakdown of how you can get there.
Where Is Aunt May’s Grave?
Aunt May’s grave can be found in the cemetery that sits at the northern tip of Harlem. You can find it in the location shown above. This is a pretty large cemetery, so you will want to look for the graves that you can interact with. They can be found to the back left of the church in the center (the left while facing the entrance to the church). One of the graves you can interact with is Jefferson Davis’ grave and the other belongs to Aunt May and Uncle Ben. If you visited Uncle Ben’s grave in the original game, Aunt May’s grave is in the exact same spot.
Here is a video depicting exactly where you will need to go.
What Happens If You Visit Aunt May’s Grave?
Visiting Aunt May’s grave as Peter gives you a unique cutscene where Peter will acknowledge how much Aunt May meant to him and how large of a role she has had in shaping him into the man that he is today. Considering she is the inspiration for May in the Emily-May Foundation, this only makes sense. This scene is worth the trouble of locating the grave and visiting. Once this cutscene is over, you will obtain the trophy or achievement “You Know What You Have To Do.” This is needed if you want to get platinum on the game, so you will certainly want to check this area out if you are trying to complete the game.
