Starfield is Bethesda’s latest RPG to be filled with endless role-playing possibilities, and one player seems to have taken a turn to the dark side with their latest discovery.
Reddit user LordSnaggle recently discovered a way to lure and capture enemies inside of an outpost’s hab with just a few simple steps. The user claims that you can simply lure them into the hab, stun them, and then remove the airlock. In the comments section of the post, the user even stated that they had left the planet and come back, and the enemies were still there.
Now, we can’t think of any real benefit to keeping your enemies trapped inside of a cage, but it’s certainly something to do if you get bored. This also isn’t the first time that Starfield players have opted to collect weird and wonderful items. Shortly after the game was released, another player took to the Starfield subreddit to reveal their collection of 20,000 potatoes.
Once again, there’s no real benefit to keeping that many potatoes in one place, but it did show off the game’s incredibly impressive physics. Another food-obsessed Starfield player also went on a mission to collect as many salad items as possible last month, only to place them all inside a giant mechanical fan to create one big salad tosser.
In other Starfield news, Bethesda recently confirmed that a new update is due to roll out this week, but only for Steam beta users. There’s no confirmed release date for the full update, but Bethesda says the update “will feature Nvidia DLSS support with frame generation, display and HDR controls for supported systems, and other optimizations and improvements”. The studio also noted that support for AMD FSR3 will also be arriving in a future update.
