In Apex Legends, players can level up their account by regularly playing various game modes. In Season 14, the game will feature a new level limit that will allow players to increase their maximum account level over time. Previously, players could only reach level 500, after which the account level increase stopped. However, the developers said that this feature will be redesigned in Apex Legends Hunted, which will allow players to rise to new heights in the game.
When will there be a new level limit in Apex Legends?
A new account level will be introduced in Apex Legends Season 14 on August 9, 2022.. Players stuck at level 500 will get a chance to go beyond the boundary to 2000 level. In an exclusive interview with TheGamer, the developers have revealed details about the prestige system that will appear in Apex Legends for account development. Players will be able to earn over 500 Apex Packs, advancing to account level 2,000.
Similar to badges and trackers, account levels primarily reflect a player’s dedication and achievements in the game. You can add an account level icon to your profile that appears every time players get in line for a new match. Reaching level 2,000 will be a major goal for most players, as it will increase the chances of getting relic shards from Apex Packs.
Along with this, players will be able to see an updated Kings Canyon map with a number of changes next season. The fan-favorite Skull Town point of interest will not appear, but instead a new point of interest called Relic will be added. This new point of interest will definitely remind fans of Skull Town, as its design is reminiscent of the iconic location from previous seasons. Players will also be able to unlock a new Legend, Vantage. Classified as a sniper-savant, this new Legend is going to take over the game thanks to her versatile abilities.
