There are a total of five collection sites for Radiant Rhinos in Monster Hunter Rise, all located in the Sunken Forest. Players will need to collect divine rhinos in these locations for the Radiant Rhino quest, and this can only be done at high rank. Players can collect divine rhinos in four locations without too much trouble, but a bomb barrel must be used in one of them. Here is where to find divine rhinos in Monster Hunter Rise.
All Shining Rhinos gathering places in MHR
Brilliant Rhinoceros Gathering locations will be marked on the map with light blue question marks and can be found on the Flooded Forest map. There are a total of five gathering places, each of which will revive after about five minutes. Players will need to harvest at these locations to get any Divine Rhinos., often found on the tops of mountains, which players will have to use with Wirebug contact.
The Shining Rhinoceros gathering place between zones two and three can only be reached by using Barrel Bomb to detonate the wreckage.
How to climb a wall with a wire bug
Players can Climb walls launching yourself with Wirebug, no matter how many “bugs” are on them. This causes players to automatically start climbing up the wall, expending stamina and making a sprint upwards. If a player loses stamina, he will fall backwards. If this happens and the player still has a Wirebug he can use, he can launch himself back up to run up again, using the stamina he regained after the flip.
Going for more bugs can be useful for making as many jumps as possible. Eating a steak, ration, or Dash Juice will increase the player’s maximum stamina and he will be able to climb the wall longer.
The controls for jumping the wall are as follows:
- Switch – ZL will go into aiming mode and ZR will use Wirebug to start the player.
- PC – Medium Mouse/Click will go into aiming mode and Fourth mouse button. will use Wirebug to start the player.
- Playstation 4/5 – Using the PS4/PS5 controller on Steam, L2 will go into aiming mode and R2 will use Wirebug to start the player.
- Xbox One/Series X/S – Using the Xbox controller on Steam, LT will go into aiming mode and RT will use Wirebug to start the player.
