How to move your data from PUBG Mobile to BGMI

After launching Battleground Mobile India (BGMI), Krafton made it possible for India players to move their previous game data from PUBG Mobile to the new BGMI since they can’t (officially) access or play PUBG from their country.

If you live in India, here’s how to easily migrate your data from PUBG Mobile to BGMI

1. After downloading and launching the game, login using your Facebook, Twitter or Google Play account. Proceed with customizing your in-game character as shown on your screen
2. Once done, the game will ask you if you reside in India, select Yes and you should now be prompted with the Account Data Transfer message, ‘If you wish to transfer your data from PUBG Mobile to BGMI, tap Yes, please continue
3. Now login using the account you previously used for PUBG Mobile (Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
4. After completing this step, tap on Yes when prompted to transfer your data from Proxima Beta to Krafton. Your PUBG Mobile account details should now be transferred to BGMI.

This only applies to Android users, as there’s no news about when the app will be launching on iOS platform, yet.
